Public Rail Transport Company in Australia has their assets managed by 300+ small databases and lacked real time optimisation resources and view of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks. The risk of having non-secure and non-central asset data had high risks of loss of asset data and asset itself.
Our services:
We were engaged as Project managers of SAP Linear Asset Management Proof of Concept project and manage Rend to end RFP process until the contract is awarded to the implementation partner.
We delivered a state of art Linear Asset Management Proof of Concept and delivered in 3 months followed by executing end-to-end Go to Market project. We closely worked with business, technical and procurement team. We lead preparation of RFT & RFP. Our Project manager and consultants evaluated the response, shortlisted vendors for discussion/negotiation.
We also reviewed their statement of work, negotiated SLAs and finally the contracts were awarded to three different vendors – Data centre vendor, Implementation partner vendor and SAP as technology vendor.
