We are leading all design, plan and execution for the ERP implementation in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, including data conversion, integration across systems, identification of local statutory and regulatory requirements, resourcing, all activities and for the quality of deliverables. Deloitte consulting are the implementation partners. Project team members are located in various countries.
Strategic & Compliance:
- Head major change global program with current focus on implementation of Global template with country, business and market specific legal and operational changes for pilot markets Australia & NZ.
- Lead and Influenced a major change to original global design of Organization structure to the structure that make design robust, legally compliant to pilot and rest of client’s companies worldwide.
- Advocating client’s Oracle fusion template to USA, Australia & New Zealand as pilot and Wave markets.
- Influenced Global template on Key design decisions that will achieve operational excellence once Oracle is implemented.
Operational uplift:
- Won buy-in with key stakeholders, including Payroll Manager, Finance Director & Finance Controller on key payroll and bank interfaces.
- Influenced Key decisions on Supply Chain Finance with HSBC that influenced positive cash flow.
